Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about the importance of voting for a democratic country.
The right to vote is one of our most important freedoms as individuals. It ensures that we have a voice and that our voices are heard.
Chile had the opportunity to transform what has long been one of the most conservative countries in Latin America. Where the majority of Chileans voted to replace the old constitution in October 2020.
The vote on Sunday, September 4 to approve or reject the new constitution was a reflection of what society wanted.
But, is what the people wanted the best for the country?
The answer may vary depending on the political sector to which one belongs. However, one thing is clear, and that is that what happened in this plebiscite will serve as an object of study for a new process of change.

In my opinion, if the new constitution had been approved, it would have been a great step for the country. :(
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you, the only thing I hope is that a new constitution be made in which at least the majority of Chileans can agree and not stay with the current one.
